These terms cover buying and using digital files from Paintnook by desiguart ("Paintnook", "we"). By placing an order or downloading a file you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
What you are buying
Every product is a digital download: Procreate files, PNG, PDF and SVG images and a colour reference. Nothing physical is shipped — no canvas, paints or printed pages. Colours can look slightly different on different screens and printers.
Payment and delivery
Orders on this site are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, who takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles sales tax or VAT. Some orders are completed on our Etsy shop instead; for those, Etsy's terms also apply. Your download link arrives right after payment. Please save your files — the link may expire, but we will resend it if you write to us.
Personal-use license
When you buy a design, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. You may:
- paint it digitally or print it as many times as you like for your own use;
- keep, frame and display your finished painting at home;
- share a photo of your finished painting on social media — a mention of Paintnook is always appreciated.
You may not:
- sell, share, upload or give away the files, in whole or in part, edited or not;
- sell finished paintings, prints or any products made from the designs;
- use the designs in a commercial project, print-on-demand shop or kit;
- use the files to train or fine-tune AI models.
All artwork and files remain the property of Paintnook by desiguart. Buying a file does not transfer copyright.
Refunds
Because the files are delivered instantly, see our Refund Policy for how we handle problems.
Free pages
Free pages come with the same personal-use license as paid ones.
Liability
We work hard to make every file open and print correctly. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
